How much distance do I need to lay the pipes from the supply and return to the floor?
A distance of 8 cm to the floor is required for the installation of the supply and return pipes to the wall heating panels. To reduce this distance, there are also angle couplings at a 90 degree angle in addition to the straight press couplings. When using the 90 degree angle couplings, 5 cm distance to the floor is sufficient.
If the supply and return pipes are already laid before the screed, the installation of the heating plates can be started further down. The above-mentioned distances then apply in each case to the unfinished floor.
