Overview of the installation of naturbo windows reveal panels
1st work step: Fasten the window connection profile
The naturbo window connection profile is self-adhesive on the back. It is glued to the outer edge of the window frame.
2nd work step: Measure the connection plate
As soon as the naturbo window connection profile is attached, the dimensions for the connection plate can be taken. The outer edge of the profile is decisive for this. The plate is cut to size and mounted as known.
3rd work step: Mount the connecting panels
The connection panels are mounted. The sealing tape is glued to the ceiling in order to compensate for the expansion of the board and wood.
4th work step: shape the flat edge
The connection panel requires a flat edge on the reveal side, which is required for filling in the corner bracket. The flat edge can be easily formed with a drywall planer.
5th work step: insert the window ledge
The window sill is inserted. To avoid damage, the window sill should be covered immediately. Alternatively, the window sill can also be installed after the reveal panel.
6th work step: insert the reveal panel
The reveal panel is cut exactly to size and inserted with the groove into the window connection profile on the window frame.
7th work step: Fasten the reveal panel
The reveal panel is attached to the connecting panel with screws or clamps.
8th work step: Fasten the corner tape
Apply naturbo edge adhesive to the front of the naturbo windows panel, attach corner brackets with fabric tape, press on and staple fabric tapes.
Now the window reveal can be filled with naturbo Fugenfix (see processing instructions naturbo clima).
